This page will eventually link to all downloadable materials related to this workshop. Everything to be covered is new; the Rfuncs Project has years of development yet to go. Accordingly, I will be working on the Rfuncs, this website, and the PowerPoint slides until "showtime" the morning of Sunday, May 1. This has been a huuuuuuuge undertaking for me, so I ask for your patience. I also need your constructive criticism.
- Getting started with R, Rstudio , and my "Rfuncs." Almost all of my students (most were graduate students in subject-matter fields) used similar links and instructions to get up and running quickly. Click here to get started.
- All raw R code related to the workshop, including the Rfuncs, all examples, and the code used in the Monte Carlo studies that investigated the performance of some methods. These are structured and internally-documented to support both teaching and learning, and everyday use. List of released Rfuncs. Much more coming!
- Most of the day will involve using RStudio and my Rfuncs "live" to cover the examples on this website. As you will see, distributing the slides would stifle the discussion. A lot. Nuf said.
